Therapeutic Support for Domestic & Narcissistic Abuse

I have a strong and ongoing commitment to supporting individuals who have experienced domestic and narcissistic abuse. I understand how incredibly complex, confusing, and painful it can be to navigate an abusive relationship—whether you are still in the relationship, considering leaving, or have already left.

Making the decision to stay or leave is deeply personal and often layered with fear, hope, grief, and uncertainty. There is no “right” way to move forward, and my role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you what to do. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace

I offer long-term, trauma-informed therapy tailored to the needs of each individual. I understand the grief, guilt, and emotional turmoil that can follow the end of an abusive relationship, and the long process of rebuilding confidence, identity, and trust—in yourself and in others.

Recovery is not linear. There are often ups and downs, and I believe it’s essential to have a space where you feel safe to express not just your progress, but also your setbacks, fears, and confusion. There is no pressure here—only support.

I draw on different therapeutic modalities to help assist you in the healing journey such as  EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support recovery.

I also place great emphasis on psychoeducation, especially in the early stages of recovery. Understanding trauma, emotional responses, and the cycle of abuse can be a powerful first step in reclaiming your autonomy and sense of control.

Whether you're still in the relationship, recently left, or have been out for years, your experience is valid, and you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can offer you not just tools and insight, but a consistent, supportive relationship as you heal and grow.

If you’re ready to take the first step—or even just explore what support could look like—I’m here when you’re ready.
