Life Transitions & Changes.

Life changes and difficult experiences can take a toll on our emotional, social, and physical wellbeing. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to openly talk about what may be weighing on you—especially things you may not feel comfortable sharing with others, or may not have had the space to explore.

Life can throw unexpected curveballs, and during these times it’s important not to face them alone. Therapy provides a place where someone can sit with you through the pain, offering understanding, support, and fresh perspectives to help you navigate change and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Common challenges we support include:

  • Grief and loss
  • Recovering from Domestic and Narcissistic Abuse
  • Breakdowns in relationships or friendships
  • Workplace stress
  • Navigating Career Changes
  • Managing Chronic Pain and Injuries

At our clinic, we take a holistic approach, exploring the underlying emotional, psychological, and situational factors contributing to distress. Treatment is personalised and may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, or other modalities depending on individual needs and goals.

Our focus is on helping clients process their experiences, build resilience, develop coping strategies, and navigate transitions in a supportive and empowering way.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, the Dharug people of the Bankstown area and the Eora Nation of greater Sydney. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past and present.
